We seek a dedicated General Manager to lead our Georgetown location, responsible for building high-performing teams, ensuring operational discipline, and creating a positive culture.

  • Lead hiring, training, and development of staff while reducing turnover.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service, product quality, and shop cleanliness.
  • Drive sales growth through local marketing and community involvement.
  • Control costs, manage inventory, and interpret financial reports to maximize profits.
