- Lead hiring, training, and development of staff while reducing turnover.
- Ensure exceptional customer service, product quality, and shop cleanliness.
- Drive sales growth through local marketing and community involvement.
- Control costs, manage inventory, and interpret financial reports to maximize profits.
- Foster team communication, recognize achievements, and uphold company policies.
- Work 45+ hours weekly, standing for long periods, with physical ability for lifting and movement.
- Must have at least 2 years GM experience in food/retail, strong leadership, communication, and financial skills, and relevant food safety certification.
