This hospitality leader role is for a Host responsible for creating a positive guest experience from the first interaction.
- Greet and seat guests, answer questions, and offer beverages to waiting guests.
- Maintain restaurant setup, cleanliness, and safety standards.
- Assist with inventory, table clearing, and restocking supplies.
- Ensure excellent communication with management and team members.
- Must have strong customer service, good grooming, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical demands include standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 pounds.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; prior customer service experience preferred.
