Responsible for preparing ingredients according to specifications and maintaining a clean, organized kitchen environment.
- Prepare meats, fish, and vegetables using appropriate tools, ensuring safety and sanitation.
- Assist with marinating, stocking ingredients, and replenishing supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness by sanitizing surfaces and equipment regularly.
- Lift and carry food containers, perform cleaning, and support kitchen operations, including assisting dishwashers and receiving deliveries.
- Work quickly and accurately, following instructions under pressure, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and practice good personal hygiene.
