The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the repair and maintenance of restaurant facilities, including cosmetic repairs, preventative maintenance on kitchen equipment, refrigeration, and HVAC systems.
- No supervisory responsibilities.
- Performs repairs, responds to service requests, and oversees external providers when needed.
- Maintains knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems and records work via internal systems.
- Supports organizational improvements and embodies core values such as guest focus, ownership, and teamwork.
- Requires EPA and HVAC certifications, a valid driver’s license, and experience in HVAC, refrigeration, and plumbing.
- Must have strong communication, critical thinking, organizational skills, and the ability to travel.
- High school diploma or equivalent required, with relevant technical experience.
- Physical ability to perform diverse tasks, lift up to 50 lbs regularly, and work in various environmental conditions.
