We are seeking a Shift Leader to manage daily operations, lead team members, and ensure excellent customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

  • Lead associates by assigning tasks, providing feedback, and supporting training.
  • Ensure food safety, customer satisfaction, and handle complaints effectively.
  • Manage shift sales, control costs, and uphold product quality standards.
  • Oversee opening, closing, and transition procedures, including cash handling and security.
