Requires physical fitness, ability to lift 75 pounds, work at heights, and wear respirators. Must have a high school diploma, 2-4 years construction experience, and relevant certifications such as OSHA 40 hr. HAZWOPER and a valid driver’s license. Additional qualifications include construction background, certifications like IICRC Water Restoration, and heavy equipment experience. Must be available for after-hours and weekend emergency response, with strong communication skills and a positive attitude. Bilingual skills are a plus.
