Retail Customer Service - Shared

This full-time Customer Service Specialist role supports retail stores within an 8-mile radius of Springfield, IL, earning $18.50/hr.

• Provide excellent sales and customer service in person and over the phone, addressing customer needs and recommending products.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail clients, process transactions accurately, and meet sales goals.
• Assist with product mixing, stocking, cleaning, and delivery tasks, maintaining store appearance and inventory.
• Ensure customer satisfaction, resolve concerns promptly, and stay knowledgeable about products.
• Work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends, with physical ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and retrieve items from shelves.
• Requires at least 18 years old, a valid driver’s license, and legal work authorization. Preferred candidates have a high school diploma, retail or paint sales experience, and bilingual skills, especially in Spanish.
