**Schedule & Compensation:**
• Work Monday-Friday with weekends off
• Up to 90 miles travel radius, paid drive time & mileage reimbursement
• $15.75/hr with next-day pay options
• Flexible self-scheduling and fixed shifts
• Minimum 20 hours of fieldwork in 30 days
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Complete assigned projects on time, including installations and repairs
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively
• Build strong relationships with clients, team, and store personnel
• Follow directives, participate in training, and adhere to timelines
• Travel as needed, work early mornings or evenings
**Qualifications:**
• 18+ years old with reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs, climb ladders, and adapt to varied environments
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with mobile devices
• High school diploma or equivalent; retail experience is a plus
