As a Retail Front End Supervisor, you'll play a key leadership role, collaborating with store management in Merchandising, Customer Service, Operations, and HR. This position serves as a stepping stone to management, ideal for self-starters who excel at supervising store functions and building strong teams.
Key responsibilities include supervising store operations, coaching staff to maximize sales, promoting safety, fostering a diverse and collaborative culture, resolving issues, and supporting asset protection. You'll also assist with recruiting, onboarding, and community engagement.
Requirements: At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail environment, strong interpersonal skills, ability to work full-time including nights, weekends, and holidays, and physical ability to handle merchandise and stand for extended periods.
