Key responsibilities:
• Supervise store operations and associates as Manager on Duty
• Train, develop, and coach team members to maximize sales
• Promote safety and uphold company policies

• Assist with recruiting and onboarding

Requirements:
• Minimum 1-year supervisory experience in retail or related environment

• Ability to work full-time including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift 40 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods
