As a Retail Front End Supervisor, you will oversee store operations, staff development, and customer service, working closely with management. This role is a stepping stone to future management opportunities.
Key responsibilities include supervising store functions, coaching associates, promoting safety, managing merchandise, recruiting new team members, and fostering a diverse, collaborative culture.
Requirements include at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail environment, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work full-time including nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical ability to lift merchandise and stand for extended periods is necessary.
