Retail Front End Supervisor - Full-Time

We are hiring a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor or Selling Floor Supervisor to join our store leadership team.

As a Retail Front End Supervisor, you'll work closely with management to oversee Merchandising, Customer Service, Operations, and Human Resources, serving as a stepping stone to management.

Key responsibilities include supervising store functions and associates, driving sales through coaching, promoting safety, fostering a diverse team culture, resolving issues, and supporting asset protection. You will also assist with recruiting, onboarding, and scheduling, while participating in community relations.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year supervisory experience in retail or similar environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude
• Ability to work full-time including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift 40 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods
