Join our team as a Retail Sales Associate to provide a welcoming shopping experience while supporting community programs.
Pay rate is $15.50/hr, part-time (up to 28 hours/week), with evening hours (4:30pm-8:30pm, flexible).
Key duties include greeting customers, processing sales, maintaining store appearance, and assisting with merchandise. Additional responsibilities may involve bank running, pricing, or department cross-training.
Requirements include a high school diploma or current pursuit, strong communication skills, basic computer knowledge, reliable transportation, and flexibility to work evenings, holidays, and weekends.
Physical ability to stand, move, and handle merchandise is needed.
Training on POS system provided, with proficiency expected within 3 months. Success is measured by accurate transactions, positive feedback, store organization, and team collaboration.
