We are seeking a friendly and motivated Part-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our hardware store team.
Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service by assisting customers, offering product recommendations, and explaining product features. You will develop product knowledge, support store operations by stocking shelves, maintaining displays, and ensuring a safe environment. Collaboration with team members to meet sales goals and contribute to a positive work atmosphere is essential.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Prior retail experience is a plus. Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift objects up to 50 lbs is required.
