As an SCA, you'll monitor store entrances, exits, and high-risk areas to prevent theft, showcasing command presence, awareness, and professionalism. You'll greet customers warmly, communicate theft prevention strategies, and support associate training on shortage reduction programs.
Requirements include at least 1 year of experience in customer service, retail, or loss prevention, the ability to stand and monitor the environment for extended periods, and working in a fast-paced setting. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is necessary.
