Full-time Retail Stocking Supervisor role supervising a high-performing team with leadership experience. Responsible for customer service, store safety, cleanliness, and organization, as well as cross-training in various store operations. Leads, coaches, and develops staff, serves as Leader on Duty, and performs other duties as needed.
Anticipated pay is $18/hour, with eligibility for monthly bonuses and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and associate discounts.
Schedules are respectful, operating hours from 6am-10pm, with closed holidays. Requirements: 18+ years old, 1+ year retail leadership, strong communication, physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
