As a key part of store leadership, you will guide Receiving Associates, support merchandise displays, and uphold back-of-house standards. Ideal candidates are hands-on, lead by example, and possess strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities include maintaining organized stock areas, ensuring compliance with policies, coordinating schedules, and coaching team members. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required. Candidates must lift 40lbs+, stand and walk for extended periods, and have a positive attitude.
