We are hiring a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to lead our back of house operations.
As a key part of store leadership, you'll oversee merchandise receiving, unloading, sorting, and flow to the sales floor. You'll ensure back of house cleanliness, organization, and safety, while reinforcing asset protection strategies.
This role involves supervising associates, coaching, and onboarding new team members, as well as driving team productivity and compliance with policies. You'll participate in workload planning and community engagement.
Requirements include at least 1 year of supervisory experience in retail, strong interpersonal skills, and physical ability to handle merchandise. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is necessary.
