This role involves sorting, tagging, pricing, and processing donated goods, preparing items for sale, and ensuring a clean, organized workspace. You'll track production, move merchandise to the sales floor or shipping areas, and meet daily processing goals.
Requirements include a high school diploma or current pursuit, basic computer and math skills, good communication, flexibility to work weekends and evenings, and passing a background check. Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform various movements is necessary.
Training is provided, with proficiency expected within 3 months. Success is measured by meeting goals, accurate processing, teamwork, and punctuality.
