This seasonal Assistant Store Manager position offers an hourly rate of $16.75 - $17.25, depending on qualifications and experience.

Benefits include Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay Programs and an End of Season Premium Pay Program, with eligibility subject to specific criteria.

Ideal candidates have previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager in a retail setting, specifically with Spirit Halloween or similar companies.

The role supports the Store Manager in staffing, merchandising, setup, pack-up, and store operations to maximize sales and profitability. Responsibilities include maintaining guest services, staff development, controlling expenses, shrinkage, and managing inventory.

Minimum requirements are 18 years of age, a flexible schedule, and the ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, set up fixtures, and lift/move up to 50 pounds for 8+ hours daily. Prior retail management experience is mandatory.
