Position Purpose:
WeareseekinganexperiencedRFEngineertojoinourteamandleadadvancedradiofrequencytesting,measurement,and analysisinitiatives.ThisrolerequiresdeeptechnicalexpertiseinRFmeasurementsystemsandlaboratoryinstrumentation, with a focus on materials characterization and imaging system development.The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining critical RF measurement infrastructure while advancing our capabilities in millimeter wave imaging and spectral analysis.
EssentialDutiesandResponsibilities:
RF Measurement & Instrumentation
Operate,calibrate,andmaintainnetworkanalyzersandassociatedRFmeasurementequipmenttoensureoptimal performance and accuracy
Design,configure,andexecutelaboratoryRFmeasurementsofmaterials,includingdielectriccharacterizationand electromagnetic property analysi
EstablishandmaintaincalibrationproceduresforallRFmeasurementsystemsandcomponents
TroubleshootcomplexRFmeasurementsetupsandresolvetechnicalissuestominimizedowntime
SystemIntegration&Maintenance
EnsureoperationalreadinessofallRFmeasurementsystemsincludingcables,hornantennas,waveguides,andsupporting infrastructure
DevelopandimplementpreventivemaintenanceschedulesforcriticalRF equipment
VerifyspecificationsandperformanceparametersforRFcomponentsthroughouttheprocurementlifecycle
Maintaindetaileddocumentationofsystemconfigurations,calibrationrecords,andmaintenanceactivities
AdvancedImaging& Analysis
Collect,process,andanalyzedatafromlaboratoryscanningarraysandcommercialmillimeterwave(MMW)imaging system
PerformimagereconstructionandsignalprocessingtoextractmeaningfulinformationfromRF/MMWdatasets
RequiredKnowledge,Skills & Abilities:
Education/Experience:
Amaster’sdegreeinengineeringfromanaccreditedcollegeoruniversitywithatleast12yearsofexperienceORaPh.D.in engineeringfromanaccredited collegeoruniversitywith atleast6 years ofpostgraduateexperiencethatdemonstrates a professional knowledge of systems development and technology development.
