STV is seeking a Right-of-Way Project Manager for our Transportation Planning department at our Baltimore/Washington DC office.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage right-of-way activities for transportation infrastructure projects.
  • Oversee the preparation of right-of-way plans, easement documents, property plats, appraisals, title reports and offer packages.
  • Coordinate with clients, property owners, and public agencies to ensure project compliance and schedule compliance.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
  • Ensure projects adhere to applicable regulations, standards, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, Masters and relevant experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in right-of-way or related disciplines.
  • Real Estate Agent or Broker License preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead teams effectively.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with public agencies and property owners.

Compensation Range: $100,226.48 - $133,635.31
