What You’ll Do as an RN Charge Nurse (3p-11p): 

1. Oversee and coordinate nursing care for residents during the shift 
2. Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, and other care team members 
3. Administer medications and treatments according to care plans 
4. Provide compassionate, person-centered care and ensure resident safety 
5. Maintain accurate medical records and uphold clinical policies 

What We’re Looking For: 

1. Active and unencumbered RN License 
2. Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred 
3. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills 
4. A passion for delivering high-quality care and making a difference
