Job Location : Birmingham, AL
Position Type : 6 Months Contract +
8+ Years of US Citizen, Green Card & H1B Acceptable .

Job Description:
The primary requirements are:

• Understand the current RPA infrastructure / review the existing RPA inventory
• Create inventory of all Bots and a Sunset program that all bots will follow
• Create new bots while keeping the current and future state into consideration.
• Strong technical skills using RPA tools is required to drive the creation of robust, industry leading RPA solutions.
• Intermediate knowledge of MicroSoft SQL (This would be needed for cadence and RPA activities)
• Intermediate knowledge of Visual Studio.net C# (To allow them to also do duty as cadence developer)
• Good logical thinking and problem solving skills
• Good organization and technical documentation skills
• Knowledge/Experience of Mortgage process is a Plus

Responsibilities:

• Extensive hands-on experience in Automation Anywhere and various features of the tool
• RPA Developer will work with the business analyst and development team to understand requirements, perform rapid technical feasibility and gap analysis, participate in bot journey mapping, document the analysis outcome and, create technical specifications as needed.
• Identify reusable components and patterns as well as ensure consistently in design across use-cases built using RPA.
• Oversee the design, scoping, implementation and testing in short release cycles of in-house development.
• Experienced in implementing RPA solution in multiple client environments, integrating with client's enterprise IT controls and governance processes.
• Help define and drive application standards, best practices, and performance guidelines across the RPA platform.
• Help establish Proper governance controls for RPA processes to ensure they follow customer's Dev Ops processes
• Perform development and configuration task for Mortgage Origination Platform
