We are seeking a full-time Safety Coordinator for a project in Indianapolis, IN.
Responsibilities include executing the safety program, conducting inspections, leading safety planning, supporting incident investigations, reviewing JHAs, and delivering safety training to subcontractors and field personnel.
Qualifications include OSHA 30 certification, knowledge of construction methods, effective communication skills, and progress toward BCSP certification (ASP, CHST, or equivalent preferred).
This role involves supporting safety compliance, promoting a safety-oriented culture, and transitioning into ownership of safety scopes on the project.
