POSITION SUMMARY

The Sales Manager is responsible for CMP sales as well as promoting all Fujimi products and developing new customers. Identify and strategically plan sales and distribution of Fujimi products and services. Manage existing customers and contract negotiation and forecast sales and marketing trends in territory. Investigate new applications and provide support for existing and new products. Provides excellent sales support to customers by collaborating with R&D and other internal teams to meet and exceed customer requirements. Preferred candidate will have experience with Integrated Circuit Manufacturing or Sales.

Meets with customers, assesses conditions and needs firsthand and responds to technical and non-technical issues.

Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain products or services to customers and prospective customers. 

Visit prospective buyers at commercial, industrial, or other establishments to present product information. 

Arrange for product demonstrations or tests. 

Stay informed on industry news and trends, products, services, existing and emerging technologies, and the latest product-line developments. 

Develop sales plans to introduce products in new markets. 

Identify opportunities and support them to achieve sales plans.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

 

Education:

Minimum Bachelor's Degree required in Engineering or Science with relevant technical experience.

 

 

Experience:

4 plus years of experience in sales with preference to sales and application of CMP products for the semiconductor industry.  

 

 

Computer Skills:

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, statistical programs, and CRM software.

Other Requirements:

Preference given for Masters or Ph.D. degree and Japanese language skills.
