Job Title : Sales Administrative Support
Location : Allentown, PA
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support in a professional and organized manner.
- Assist customers at the front desk and provide cashiering support.
- Verify daily CR deposits and prepare consolidated bank deposits.
- Update cashiering systems with CR and customer-specific details.
- Monitor and respond to emails and phone calls.
- Respond to Accounts Receivable cases, researching to avoid chargebacks.
- Organize and maintain department files, both electronic and hard copy.
- Work closely with all functional teams daily.
- Handle confidential material with integrity and professionalism.
- Stay calm and work efficiently under pressure.
- Administer specific processes such as AP, CETS, CTS, Kronos/SAP Masterfiles.
- Create market reports using pivot tables and advanced formulas.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of administrative support experience in a consumer goods company.
- Bachelor s degree preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and a team player.
