Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team with order processing, quoting, and customer inquiries.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide product information.
• Maintain and update customer database and sales records.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional activities under the guidance of the Marketing Manager.
• Assist in preparing marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and newsletters.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and spreadsheet management.
• Handle administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining files.

• Previous experience in sales support or customer service roles preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and spreadsheet applications.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail are essential
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
