Job Description:

• Meet, greet, and evaluate customers’ needs.
• Create work order/invoice based on needs, and then dispatch work order to shop based on time limits.
• Visit vehicle in shop to view and evaluate with technician.
• Create an estimate for immediate needs and any other recommendations based on evaluation.
• Create the estimate using all of our available:
• * Vendors to ensure best price/quality for customer.
• * Sources for preventive maintenance guidelines.
• Properly convey the above information to customer via in person, phone call, fax, e-mail, or text.
• Order all appropriate parts, tires, and supplies
• Re-dispatch work order for repair with time frame set for completion.
• Follow up on work order during work period.
• Finalize the work order upon completion.
• Contact customer upon finalizing work order.
• Discuss completed work with customer in detail including warranty and any future recommendations.
• Finalize invoice depending on payment method.
