Sales Associate

As a leader in the hospitality industry, we are seeking a new Sales Associate to join our team!

Holiday Inn Airport – South, Montgomery, Alabama is looking for someone that will contact and meet with businesses, and to develop a meaningful relationship to achieve optimal occupancy and ADR growth and maximize total revenue while meeting or exceeding the hotel’s profit objectives.

Qualifications include:

A valid driver's license

Must possess highly developed verbal & written communication skills

Show strong analytical skills

Strong organization and presentation skills

Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with people of  diverse

Socioeconomic cultural and ethnic backgrounds

Must work well in stressful high pressure situations and maintain

Composure and objectivity

Responsibilities include:

Direct sales follow-up

Coordinate all group, transient, and catering sales solicitations and bookings

Understand the content reflected in contracts

Ahere to established regulations and company standards

Develop a full working knowledge of the operation and policies of the hotel

Including Food and Beverage, front office, and reservations
