  • Photographer/Sales Associate.

The Role:
You rotate through three different positions at different locations based on scheduling needs:
  • The Greeting position - where you welcome families and guests into different locations, controlling the line and preparing the guests for the photos.
  • The photography/posing position - is star-studded interaction with the guests, using excitement and encouragement to capture a perfect photo each time.
  • The sales position - where you will be creating a one on one experience with the guests to enhance the attraction and create a lasting memory.
  • You will be taught all of these positions during your fully paid training and will rotate through them throughout your day so things will never get stale.

  • Compensation is also very important to us, you are both an hourly paid employee and earn commission on every shift that you work.
  • This commission is anywhere between 2% to 10% of the revenue generated by your team no matter which position you’re in or for how long, you are earning a commission.
  • The vast majority of our employees range on average between $16 and $28 an hour this varies because of hours worked and location.

Work Schedule:
  • Because we operate within the retail and we are located on The Strip we are open every day, this does give opportunity for flexible schedules, and numerous location experiences.

  • Acknowledge customers in a friendly and helpful manner within 30 seconds of their entry into the area.
  • Greeting and directing guests through the photographic experience.
  • Taking quality souvenir photographs for venue guests.
  • Inviting customers to view their photos and take home their souvenir photographs.
  • Handle all customers courteously and professionally.
  • Determine customer needs based on personal features and other customer preference-related factors.
  • Invite customers to come back and thank them by name whenever possible.
  • Responsible for achieving personal sales goals and help location meet/exceed daily goals.
  • Maintain a professional attitude with sincerity and enthusiasm reflecting Cashman’s commitment to our guests.
  • Handle more difficult customers with respect and a positive personality.
  • Maintain good housekeeping standards.
  • Perform other duties as needed.
  • Must be willing to work both inside and outside.

  • Education/Experience: No specific educational accomplishment is required, a high school diploma or equivalent is desired. At least six months to one year of previous selling experience is preferred.
  • Language Skills: Ability to read, write, and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively communicate with customers, peers, and management. Able to communicate on the telephone and in-person with proper etiquette.
  • Mathematical Skills: Basic math functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Able to use a calculator.
  • Reasoning Ability: Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Physical Demands: This position requires constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, and standing. Vision abilities include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Requires standing and walking for long periods of time, frequently walking up and down steps, reaching, bending, stooping, twisting, kneeling, carrying a camera attached to a neck strap around the neck weighing approx. two (2) pounds or on a wrist strap, lifting boxes of supplies up to 25 pounds with assistance, manual dexterity; hearing and speaking understandably, and ability to project voice over a crowd.
