We are seeking a Sales Development Manager - Mining to drive sales and market growth in the Western US territory, with hybrid or remote options and travel required.

Key responsibilities:

  • Serve as the technical and commercial contact for sales teams, identifying and nurturing new leads for comminution equipment including crushers, HPGRs, screens, and sand plants.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of regional mining operations, conduct site visits, and support pre-sales activities across Arizona, Utah, Montana, and Nevada.
  • Collaborate with engineers and product managers for technical support and bid responses, ensuring alignment with supply chain and support teams.
  • Contribute to sales strategies, forecast pipeline development, and build internal relationships.
  • Uphold safety standards and promote a culture of zero harm.

  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s in engineering or business with experience in mining equipment sales or product management.
  • Strong commercial, technical, and negotiation skills, with willingness to travel extensively.
  • Preferred experience with mining industry suppliers, data tools like Salesforce, Power BI, and working in brownfield mines.
