Responsibilities
• Conduct market research to identify key customer segments and proactively source leads through online and offline channels
• Maintain an updated customer database and participate in client visits to support long-term partnerships
• Develop individual sales plans and phased goals aligned with company annual targets
• Manage the end-to-end sales process (lead → opportunity → order → collection) and achieve assigned KPIs for revenue, margin, and collection rate
• Review sales performance regularly and adjust tactics as needed
• Coordinate with product, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Relay customer feedback and market intelligence to support internal improvement and resolve cross-functional issues
• Support business negotiations under supervisor guidance, track order progress, and address complaints to ensure satisfaction
Qualifications
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree, no limitation in majors
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, candidates with prior internship or relevant experience in sales, customer service, or business development will have an advantage
• Strong self-motivation and results-driven mindset with high attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders
• Basic understanding of sales processes or CRM tools is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment
