Our client is 10+ year old supply chain software company, who’s leading the way in the biotech and pharma industries. They have an exceptional Sales Development team, with great opportunities for career growth, whether it be in leadership, account management, new business, or even outside of sales! 

This opportunity is a strategic business development role and NOT a smile and dial. You'll be partnering with Enterprise Account Executives to help break into companies above $500M in revenue. 

As a Sales Development Rep, you'll be responsible for: 

  • 20-30 strategic calls/day
  • hitting 15 qualified meetings/month
  • strategizing and account planning with closing reps

Our client is looking for the following qualifications for their hire:

  • 1 year of business development experience
  • strong work ethic and growth mindset
  • composure 
  • intellectually curious 

Compensation: $50k base/$80k OTE uncapped + bonuses and stock options
