Job Title: Sales Operations Analyst
Location: San Jose, CA (REMOTE during COVID19)
Duration: 12 Months

Please Note - This person will be on-boarded remotely but is expected to be onsite after the COVID pandemic.

Position Summary
As a member of the Americas Sales Operations team within the GTM & Sales Organization you will collaborate with sales to manage innovative go-to-market strategies, plans and programs that delight customers and drive growth in the Americas Reseller team. Key focus areas will include performance measurement, program management and sales team operational support.

Performance Measurement
  • Work directly with Sales Management to provide timely sales analytics including weekly pipeline analysis, forecasting, and sales results
  • Aid the Sales team to facilitate their insights of account retention and remediation steps
  • Measure and monitor operating plan KPIs and success metrics across recurring revenue and retention
Sales Team Operational Support
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting, analytics and operational support to sales teams
  • Assist with quarterly rollout of compensation target reporting for Partners and Sales teams
  • Provide pricing approval support using guidelines from Pricing Operations and the GTM teams
  • Drive insights through quarterly reporting for business reviews
Sales Tools Automation
  • Continuous identification of opportunities for process improvement to drive efficiency and elimination of manual tasks
  • Contribute to dashboard creation as well as identifying key sales metrics for display
  • Capture best practices and implementation through knowledge sharing tools & collaboration
Experience & Skillsets
  • Bachelor's or master's degree, with an emphasis on sales, marketing or analytics
  • 2+ years of sales operations experience, ideally supporting b2b sales
  • Technology experience preferred
  • CRM Systems experience, including Salesforce and Anaplan
  • Excellent data analyst; comfortable leveraging analytical tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, Excel to analyze large and complex data sets
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to present complex ideas to diverse audience
