Job Overview:
Daniel Signs Inc is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Person to join our team within the next 60 days. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships across the commercial and industrial sign markets. We are looking for someone who has experience in B2B sales, construction, or signage-but we're also open to training a highly motivated individual with a natural talent for sales and a passion for building long-term business relationships.

Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To:
  • Identify and engage potential clients in the commercial and industrial sectors.
  • Manage the full sales cycle-from lead generation and proposals to closing and post-sale service.
  • Visit job sites and client locations to assess signage needs and provide accurate estimates.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing customers.
  • Work closely with the project and production teams to ensure client expectations are met.
  • Attend networking events, trade shows, and client meetings to expand brand awareness.
  • Maintain CRM records and follow up diligently to keep the sales pipeline active.
  • Learn our products, processes, and approach to ensure consistent messaging and quality representation.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in B2B sales, construction, sign industry, or a similar field is highly preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize sales activities effectively.
  • Capable of reading construction documents and understanding client project scopes.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and job site visits.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in signage or construction-related sales.
  • Familiarity with estimating, quoting, and project tracking software.
  • A proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.
