Overview
Full-cycle sales role combining group presentations, tours, and closing. You guide the entire guest experience from introduction to sale.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging group (podium) presentations
Present vacation ownership benefits
Conduct model tours and identify guest needs
Build rapport and tailor the experience
Present pricing/options with leadership support
Create urgency and guide guests to a decision
Meet sales goals and maintain compliance

Voyage Sales Representative (Closer Role)
Overview
Fast-paced closing role working with warm prospects. No lengthy presentations—focus on evaluating and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
Assess tour quality and buyer intent
Present and sell term-based products
Build quick rapport and move deals forward
Handle objections and maintain momentum
Hit closing and performance targets
Partner with leadership to maximize deals
