BCI Financial Corporation is a dynamic automobile finance company that is looking to expand our presence in Western Massachusetts including Worcester and Middlesex Counties. We are looking to grow our new and used car dealer base in these counties to expand our overall market penetration. We have been in business for 23 years and offer a strong Indirect Auto program with a focus on "prime quality" loan customers and we have an excellent reputation in the industry. 

We are looking for an experienced, high energy sales professional who understands the dealer finance business in the Massachusetts market and can help BCI grow this territory. The ideal candidate will have an existing book of business in the market and be able to expand our dealer network immediately by capitalizing on their existing contacts in the industry. The candidate will spend most of their time on the road signing up new dealers, training them on how to use our program, following up to ensure the relationship is mutually successful as well as visiting with existing automotive dealers, working with key dealer staff to make sure they thoroughly understand how and when to select BCI Financial as a finance option. This person will have an active role developing sales/marketing programs needed to grow the business in this territory. This position requires visits to 6-12 dealers per day. Daily, weekly and monthly reporting to management is required. Must have experience in sales with-in the MA automotive industry and have the ability to work independently.

Must have reliable transportation and good driving record. This position offers a base salary plus commission, and a car allowance. The more successful you are the more you can earn! 

BCI Financial is in Central CT but the territory covered is MA. Ideal candidate should live in or near the territory.
