Job Description:

This is not a SAP functional or Technical position. This is a SAP Support Specialist position (Admin)

Support the Purchasing Department with day-to-day purchasing related tasks. Work with many different departments within the organization in cleansing inconsistent data related to SAP and system interfaces. Resource will coordinate of multiple contract updates, data entry, and transactions within SAP. General purchasing tasks to supportbuyers & suppliers.

  • Bachelor's degree is required in business field
  • Multiple line items will need to be updated and addressed, must be complacent with repetitive tasks
  • Excellent organizational & interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, persistent, works under minimal supervision, strong initiative to move on to the next task
  • Must be able to multi-task in a high demand environment
  • General business acumen, automotive experience preferred
  • Good analytical and customer service skills
  • Experience with SAP is a preferred, but not required
