The Scheduler role involves developing and maintaining project schedules, coordinating with site staff and subcontractors to track progress, and updating schedules to reflect construction activities.
Responsibilities include preparing quantity take-offs, contributing to planning phases, supporting scheduling sessions, and creating visual and 4D schedules for large projects.
The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of industry experience, basic knowledge of construction processes, and proficiency in scheduling software like Primavera P6 EPPM.
Qualifications include an Engineering Technology diploma or degree preferred, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently or with a team in a fast-paced environment.
