Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Scrum Master to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding and coaching our Agile teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and Sprint Reviews).
• Coach and support the team in Agile practices and principles.
• Remove any blockers or impediments to the team’s progress.
• Work with Product Owners to ensure the product backlog is well-defined and prioritized.
• Track and communicate team progress, including reporting on key metrics.
• Foster a collaborative and self-organizing team environment.
• Ensure continuous improvement by facilitating retrospectives and feedback loops.
• Promote Agile best practices within the organization.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in an Agile role.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
• Ability to coach teams on Agile principles and practices.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or similar) preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (preferred).

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Jira or other project management tools.
• Knowledge of SAFe or other scaled Agile frameworks.
