Job Duties:
As a Seasonal Employee Housing Cleaner, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Cleaning and Sanitizing: Perform regular cleaning duties in employee housing areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas. Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and disinfected according to company standards.
- Laundry Services: Wash, dry, and fold linens, towels, and other bedding materials, ensuring cleanliness and freshness.
- Inventory Checks: Keep track of cleaning supplies, linens, and other essential items, notifying management when supplies need replenishing.
- Routine Maintenance: Report any issues with the facilities, such as damage to furniture or plumbing problems, to management for prompt repair.
- Waste Management: Empty trash and recycling bins in housing units and common areas and dispose of waste according to company protocols.
- Special Requests: Respond to specific cleaning requests from employees or management, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
Job Requirements:
To be successful as a Seasonal Employee Housing Cleaner, we’re looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:
- Attention to Detail: Ability to perform thorough cleaning with a focus on detail, ensuring all areas meet high cleanliness standards.
- Physical Stamina: Comfortable with the physical demands of cleaning, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Previous Cleaning Experience: Previous experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or janitorial work is preferred, but not required. On-the-job training will be provided.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to stay organized and efficiently manage multiple tasks, ensuring all assigned duties are completed in a timely manner.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable, with a strong commitment to showing up for scheduled shifts and completing tasks as assigned.
Required Certifications:
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
