Job Overview:

Thepoolrover position worksindependently, and withoutdirect supervision. Theposition willberesponsiblefor up-keep ofpools onassignedroute.Allpoolsarelocatedwithinhome-ownercommunities,makingthemtheprideandjoyoftheresidents.It’sour job to deliver excellent service, and it starts with you!
Your Responsibilities:
Thejobdutieslistedaretypicalexamplesoftheworkperformedbypositionsinthisjobclassification.Notalldutiesassignedto every position are included, nor is it expected that all positions will be assigned every duty.
  • Handlinganddosingofallchemicalsneededforproperfunctioningofpools.
  • Dailycleaningofswimmingpools;vacuum,skim,brush,etc.
  • Responsibleforkeepinginventoryofchemicalsandsupplies.
  • Cleaning/organizingpumproomsandpooldecks.
  • Upkeepofrestrooms;cleaning,restockingsupplies,etc.
  • Reportinganyproblemsthatyouareunableto fix.
  • Accuratelyloggingdetailednotesofdailyproceduresdoneatapool.
  • Mustwearpoolsafetyequipmentatalltimes.
  • Friendly,personableandsocialwithresidents.
  • Effectiveandefficientwithtime,workquality,andfinalproduct.
  • Consistentlyproducehighqualitywork.
  • Abilitytoworkasateammember.
  • Mustbeavailabletoworkweekendsandholidays

Additional Responsibilities:

  • PracticeandadheretoFirstServiceResidentialGlobalServiceStandards.
  • Conductbusinessatalltimeswiththehigheststandardsofpersonal,professionalandethicalconduct.
  • Performorassistwithanyoperationsasrequiredtomaintainworkflowandtomeetschedules.Notifysupervisionof unusual equipment or operating problems and the need for additional material and supplies.
  • May participate in anyvariety ofmeetings and work groupsto integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolveproblems,andmaintainspecifiedlevelofknowledgepertainingtonewdevelopments,requirements,policies,and regulatory guidelines.
  • Ensureallsafetyprecautionsarefollowedwhileperformingthework.
  • FollowallpoliciesandStandardOperatingProceduresasinstructedbyManagement.
  • Performanyrangeofspecialprojects,tasksandotherrelateddutiesasassigned.

Compensation: $16.00-$17.00perhour
