The Server is responsible for providing courteous and efficient service to guests in their assigned station, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
Essential duties include greeting guests promptly, verifying legal alcohol service, understanding menus, using suggestive selling, recording and delivering orders, monitoring guest needs, handling payments, and performing station set-up and clean-up.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED preferred, with a passion for customer service, teamwork, flexibility, and menu knowledge. Physical requirements involve walking, standing, and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
