Base Pay and Bonus Opportunities
Base pay in range will be determined by applicants skills and experience. Role is also eligible for team-based bonus opportunities.
Support for Associates
Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the companys 401(k) program.
Brookdale offers to advance fees for naturalization (Form N-400) application costs, up to $725, less applicable taxes and withholding, for qualified associates who have been with us for at least a year.

Job Summary
As a Security Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment for all residents and associates within the building and on the community grounds. You will greet visitors, monitor the inside and outside of the building, and respond to emergencies. You will also be responsible for logging residents and visitors in and out, monitoring the inside and outside of the building and the parking lot, and reporting any abnormal findings to the Executive Director or to the proper authorities as the situation dictates.
