They are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage and maintain our company's receivables. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling high-volume transactions. This role is crucial to our financial operations, ensuring timely collections and accurate financial reporting.

Overview of the Sr. Accounts Receivable Role:

  • Manage customer invoicing and ensure accuracy.
  • Reconcile AR accounts and apply daily cash receipts.
  • Process payments, issue credits, and escalate delinquent accounts.
  • Maintain accounting records and support audits.
  • Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and analyses

Preferred Qualifications of the Sr. Accounts Receivable Role:
  • 3+ year experience as Accounts Receivable Specialist
  • Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records.
  • Experience with Encore is required.
  • Experience with MS Business Central is a plus
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
