Responsibilities include owning return processes, collaborating with 3PLs, resolving operational issues, analyzing data for improvements, and supporting financial reconciliation.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field, 3-4 years of experience in logistics, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in Excel. Experience with consumer goods reverse logistics and AI tools is preferred.
This role is based in Boston, MA, with relocation required if necessary.
Compensation ranges from $115,000 to $150,000, complemented by benefits and equity, reflecting the candidate’s skills and experience.
