The role involves supporting guest services, assisting in store operations, maximizing sales and profitability, staff development, controlling expenses, and managing merchandising and inventory, all in compliance with company policies.
Work hours up to 38 per week; minimum age 18.
Physical requirements include standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds for over 8 hours. Prior retail or management experience is required.
