Location: Hamilton, Ohio, with hybrid or fully in-office options
Requirements: 2+ years of public accounting audit experience, bachelor's in accounting or related field, CPA or commitment to obtain one, U.S. work authorization
Responsibilities:
- Lead audit, review, and assurance engagements for private and nonprofit clients
- Manage multiple phases of engagements and build client relationships
- Mentor staff, review work, and ensure high-quality output
- Stay current on standards and industry developments
- Contribute to a collaborative, growth-oriented environment
- Develop into leadership roles as experience grows
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of public audit experience
- Bachelor’s in accounting or related field
- CPA preferred or pursuing licensure
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and client service skills
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office; QuickBooks Online a plus
