We are currently seeking a Senior Civil Engineering Manager based in Texas (Houston, Dallas, or Remote within Texas) to spearhead our expansion into the mission-critical and data center market. This is a rare opportunity to take the reins of a high-impact, strategic growth position and directly influence the future of civil engineering services for next-gen data centers, modular reactors, and advanced power systems.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Civil Engineering Manager position include:
- B.S. in Civil Engineering with a P.E. license (Texas PE preferred)
- Minimum of 12 years of civil/site design experience within land development, infrastructure, or mission-critical projects
- Lead and grow the mission-critical and data center civil engineering practice across Texas
- Build and maintain client relationships with developers, hyperscalers, EPC contractors, and energy partners
- Provide technical leadership on large-scale civil/site projects including grading, drainage, utilities, and roadway planning
- Oversee fast-track project delivery, permitting accuracy, and quality assurance
- Develop internal design standards, mentor junior staff, and shape the team’s staffing model
- Represent the company in client meetings, municipal hearings, and coordination efforts
Salary: $150,000 - $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
